We have a 6,000 sq.ft fabrication workshop with a range of high spec equipment and machinery which allows us to offer you a full fabrication surface for your project!

CNC | Solid Surfaces are best machined on CNC routers as the controlled environment ensures maximum productivity, a better finish, and accurate sizing. Our 3-axis high speed routing CNC machine will cut to size and shape precisely and accurately from a template or from the CAD drawing office.

PLATEN PRESS OVEN | A platen press oven is designed to come into contact with the sides of the material, which heats the material much faster than other ovens. It's double sided aluminium heating platen guarantees perfect heat distribution to prepare the solid surface for thermoforming in the membrane or hydraulic press.

MEMBRANE PRESS | The membrane press is the ideal solution for thermoforming solid surface materials. It works by creating a vacuum around the mould and pressed the solid surface to form the material to the desired shape.

HYDRAULIC PRESS | A hydraulic press is the perfect machine to thermo-form complicated and 3D shapes. Vanity basins are created using this method. Once the material has cooled down after being pressed it becomes solid again and retains the strength of a flat piece of surface but in its new form.
